For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a comfortable room. The location was perfect for the sights we wanted to see, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Truly a delightful stay at Regent Park House Villa.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be a wider selection of items.

Opening the door to the villa, we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and well-maintained condition.
Everything at the property we originally booked was subpar. We were let down by the dirty and run-down condition.

Stayed at a charming residence with a lovely garden. Enjoyed the free WiFi, although I had to share the kitchen and lounge with others. The property was conveniently located near Stoke on Trent and Manchester Airport.
Had the pleasure of using towels provided in the holiday home. So generous.

The room we stayed in had free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, which was a pleasant surprise. We were also glad to find an electric kettle and basic cookware in the shared kitchen. Despite the initial disappointment, the locker issue was resolved after a few tries. , the property had a strict no-smoking policy, which was a relief. it was an interesting experience but manageable for a short stay.

Despite the change in property, Victoria Road location was decent. Spacious and comfortable three-bedroom house. Fairly well-equipped for a short stay. Reasonably priced option in Etruria.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
